- Whilst we only work with organisations and promote tours / activities that we have personally experienced ourselves, we are not liable for any harm, dissatisfaction or damages related to the purchase or use of services, resources, content or goods of our partner organisations. Any complaints, concerns, questions or claims regarding their service or products should be directly raised with them.
- Once a deposit has been made through the Go Travel and Talk website, all contact should then be directed to the organisation you have booked the tour / activities with. We take no responsibility for arranging and organising the details from then on.
- If the tour has been booked in advance and the deposit has been paid but your plans change and you would no longer like to do the tour or activity that you have booked, we are not obliged to refund the deposit at any point.
